Tour de France in the Czech Republic.

The Czechia is preparing for a unique sporting event. On June 5, 2021, Prague, together with the Central Bohemian Region, will host the L´Etape Czech republic by Tour de France project. The series of amateur races, in which the participants experience the unique atmosphere of the Tour de France, reaches the Central European region for the first time in history thanks to the Petr Čech Sport agency.

The basis of L´Etape Czech republic by Tour de France will be two racing routes for cyclists of all performance categories. The more demanding will offer participants 130 kilometers, the shorter variant will take cyclists on a 90-kilometer-long circuit.

"The start of the race will be in Prague, most of the route will lead through the most beautiful locations in the Central Bohemian Region," said Přemysl Novák, head of the agency's organizational team Petr Čech Sport.

"We are preparing the project as a year-round affair. The final race with the cycling festival will be the highlight. Lots of events are planned to support cycling and sports as such. With the help of L´Etape, we want to introduce cycling as an ideal variant of spending free time, "added Přemysl Novák.
